Wilderness need not be great expanses such as Yellowstone, Yosemite or Alaska. It can be any place that holds a special attraction for you. When I mention to my wife, Sharon, that I am a “quart low on wilderness” she knows without a doubt that I feel the necessity to get outdoors with my camera gear and start shooting.
